The location of Cannigione

The town is located in the northeastern area of Sardinia, in the province of Olbia-Tempio. The river called Rio San Giovanni flows into Arzachena Bay near Cannigione. Stagno di Saloni, which is one of the most significant aquatic habitats on the Adriatic Sea, can also be found here; it provides a home for several bird species.
